There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills. and a high-quality professional network. All are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Kansas City real estate professional and more than 30 years of selling, I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. HELPING YOU PREPARE YOUR HOME FOR SHOWINGS

I can provide you with the names of skilled decorating and repair contractors. If your property is vacant or you need to be out-of-town for an extended period during the listing term, I can arrange for lawn service and I will personally inspect your home regularly to ensure everything is safe and sound.

STAYING IN TOUCH WITH YOU

While your home is on the market and during the closing process, I will keep you informed of our progress and keep you abreast of any significant market changes.

SHOWING YOUR PROPERTY: A MATTER OF RESPECT

I respect your privacy! To keep buyer showings as convenient as possible, my Customer Service Department will contact you prior to appointments. If you have any special instructions we need to communicate to showing agents, please let me know. Advance notice will allow you to prepare for the buyer, it's usually best if you can leave during the showing and eliminate unexpected or unwanted visits. I will also contact agents for feedback following a showing to assess the interest of the buyer and relay this to you.
